I design things; wearable sculpture. I paint.

My emphasis is space in relation to the body and creating visual objects from the abstruse. Whether the object is a painting or a ring I am interested in its relationship with the body in regard to size, interaction with, and emotional response from.

I am primarily inspired by nature, visceral response and experience, and my own sensory reactions. I strive to give physical form to the emotional and non-tangible. I strive to capture movement.

I like working with metal because it is warm, organic, forgiving, communicative, strong, and beautiful.
